Organically feminine packaging

alisonkatecarter:

Maine Beach Organic Olive Oil

The eclectic combination of uncoated kraft papers and embossed bare metals gives this bodycare collection a distinctly provincial, earthy quality.

A premium, certified extra virgin organic olive oil forms the basis of this range imbued with a European style fig and olive fragrance.

Just tried this and it’s killer (in a good way!)…paired it with a 5 minute upper body workout using 2 lb. weights. I’ve discovered my new morning kick-starter!

As if I didn’t wanna be over this illness like crazy already….CAN’T WAIT to try this 1 or 2 times through!

Client: “The layout is pretty spot on, but the hooky letters—”

Me: “The font, you mean?”

Client: “Yes, the font. It’s too snooty. It’s not any fun.”

Me: “I think it makes everything look quite professional.”

Client: “It’s too cold… What’s that sand one I like? With the sand letters.

Me: “I have no idea. I mean, I vaguely recall something called sand, but—”

Client: “Comic sands! That’s it. The Comic sands is the one I want.”

The Curse of Comic Sans.

Adventure Dreaming

While I was lying on the couch all day yesterday (curtsey of a pulled back), I started thinking of things I wanted to do/see in life (a la Bucket List). I do this a lot and my list of places/cities/countries to see has become ridiculous long. While I hope that I’m fortunate enough to see all of them, I thought that I should narrow these thoughts down and make a list of my top experience-based dream trips. My goal is to do all of these in my life…hope it happens!

1. Raft down the Grand Canyon

2. Walk all or part of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela

3. Take a river cruise down the Rhine

4. See the Amazon Rainforest

5. Visit all U.S. National Parks (halfway there!)

6. Go on a World Cruise (big retirement trip, perhaps?!)

Now just gotta save up that money! Should be easy, right?!
